April

April was a big month for us, but we had some little moments that also matter.

Kelsey and I went to the Musical Instrument Museum. It was a fascinating museum but I think it was a little too old for Kelsey. Every station had video clips of different countries playing an instrument unique to that area. We all wore headphones, and they would sync up to the video when you walked up to the videos. Kelsey was very interested but after 30 minutes of the same thing, she got a little bored. It was fun while it lasted though.

We got to see cactus in bloom. They were stunning.
Often when I can't find Madison, I look out side and find her playing in the back. She can open the screen by herself and loves to go out there. I love catching her in her happy place
April brought the end of the high chair for this one. Well, the end of the high chair at home. We still use it everywhere else. She couldn't be happier with this decision. When ever its time to eat, I'll say "Go sit down Madison" and she runs to her chair, pulls it out, and starts trying to clip the buckles. Love her
Kelsey loves to dance, loves to strike a pose, and loves to wear swimsuits. We were all playing outside and she ran up to me and asked me to take her picture. Believe it or not but she look like a solid minute to get in the exact position that would be worth of this picture. So much thought went into this!

Kelsey is learning to set the table. We eat off of plastic everything lately so that she can try without breaking stuff, but she is learning. She loves to help me cook and I love that about her. Notice the swimsuit under the apron? I tell the girl to get dressed in the morning and she comes out wearing a swimsuit. She just can't help herself
April 24th day: Remember the time when we all didn't take a picture every single day? Remember when it was people's resolutions to capture the every day moments? Well, around that time, Ethan and I picked April 24th to always take a family picture so we could always had a day to look back on consistently through the years. Now we take pictures all the time so its not as much of a novelty as it was, but still a fun thought in theory. We have done it for 4 years now so I guess that's cool.

Ethan and I took a glass blowing glass. It was an anniversary activity that we couldn't do until April and it was totally worth the wait. Such a fun glass. I just love being able to do the basics of other people's hobbies. Its fun to explore all there is out there.

One run Madison and I ran at Estrella lakes. It was 3 miles once around and you got to run around this beautiful lake. It's man made obviously and more like a glorified pond but beautiful all the same.

This might be my favorite picture to date
Ethan had to go on a business trip at the end of month. Don't feel too bad. It was to EUROPE!!
The Stake held another Daddy/Daughter dance. This one was circus themed. I so wish I could go to some of these. They went like ALL OUT! Kelsey loved it.
