Go Andrea!

Friday the 14th we got to go down to Provo to watch Andrea run for BYU. It was a beautiful day and Andrea did really well. Go Cougs!

New tricks

Kelsey is so cute! on September 2nd she turned 3 months old and is starting to perform all sorts of new tricks. She has recently found her thumb which she loves so much that she will gag herself because she tries to suck on so much of it, she can hold her head up by herself, and out favorite ( aside from the fake cries) she always pulls her blanket over her face when she sleeps. We will check her about 3 times before we go to bed, pull the blanket down, and some how it always ends up back over her face. It is hilarious.

Brigham City Temple

Saturday the 15th, we finally made it up to Brigham City for the temple open house. It was the last day that the open house was available and it was a Saturday so the place was crawling with people. We knew that this would be the case and so I don't think it bothered us as much as it normally would. It took about 2 hours to get through the line and the temple, but it was a beautiful experience and I am really happy that we were able to go. I know that temples are the house of God on the earth today and that we can be no closer to heaven than when we are inside them. I love the temple and I hope that Ethan and I will always be able to live close to a temple for the rest of our lives. We are so spoiled here in Utah and and I love it.

 

Vacation 2012

This year for Ethan's birthday we went to Vegas, Wicked, and the BYU football game. We had a wonderful time and got to see so many new things. Wicked was my favorite and BYU was Ethan's favorite so over all it was a very successful vacation.
