February

Since it has been so long since my last post, I wanted to just briefly write and show lots of pictures!! February was a GREAT month and the time went by so quickly. We welcomed another new baby into the family on Ethan's side, welcomed a new brother in law onto my side, had my mom and dad come down to visit, had tons of family gatherings on both sides which is the best perk about living in Utah, celebrated Valentines day, subbed, we both got new glasses, Ethan was called as the Deacons basketball ref every Tuesday night which is hilarious, went to 3 BYU basketball games including the Gonzaga game (GO COUGS!!!!!), set up baby stuff, sorted baby girl clothes that were generously donated to us from various people and started growing like a WEED!!!! I definitely look pregnant now and it is so exciting. It is getting more and more uncomfortable especially days when she thinks its hilarious to jump on my bladder, but overall I have had it so easy (which I know I am lucky) and just find the kicks reassuring!!! It was a great month and we are excited to be 6 months into the pregnancy with no complications so far. Cant wait for our little girl to come!!

6 Months and headed into the 3rd trimester!!! My how time flies!!
Our "nursery", plus food storage, game corner, craft table, office/computer corner, and outside play things!
Daddy setting up the changing table that we got at O.co for only 20 bucks!!!!!!
Valentines ice cream cake!!
Valentines Day dinner... ribs and potatoes. We looked so cute during the dinner and it was awesome!
With my sister in law who is due about 5 days before me
My hilarious niece and nephew at family parties teaching each other the DS!! Don't be fooled, they can kick anyone's trash. They think its hilarious when I play because I am so bad! So they are 4 and 5 just PS
With the parents when the came for Trey's baby blessing. I was hesitant to post this picture because I don't feel like this is the best shot of me but then I thought, "Its not.. I'm pregnant" So I put it up anyway because my parents look good!

5 months and counting

I know I need my hair styled, but you can totally see the bump now.....

I also finished the hardest puzzle I have ever ever started. It only took 1 month, I only had to take it a part 10 times, and only cried 3 nights over the frustration! Seriously, if you think I am joking, I dare you to do it!!!
This was after I put in the last piece... lets just say it was not a fun journey.

Crib

On Saturday Ethan helped some co-workers move and came home with a crib with the mattress, stroller, rocking horse, a big bag of clothes, a baby quilt, a dirty clothes hamper, a bag of toys and books, and a lamp!!! IT WAS AWESOME!!! They were all done having kids, only had one and so had tons of stuff in great condition. We graciously excepted. They had a little boy and so it all is a little boyish, but baby girl won't know so what do you do.
Anyway last night we set up the crib and we did it in one try with no instructions which is a huge accomplishment for Ethan and I. We didn't get into one argument either!!! The only "problem" was that we built Ethan into the crib forgetting that he had to get out. Luckily we discovered that soon enough that he was able to get out! It was really fun and super exciting. If only we had a name than we would feel ready.

Happy Birthday Trey

I am no cake decorator, but I wanted to try this cool new cake that I saw on tv. It was really easy, but theirs turned out so good. At least I knew that my cake would taste good. I should not be showing this, because its terrible, but it was so fun! I showed Ethan after I told him that I am not really good at decorating cakes. From the other room, he was like whatever, and then he got up to look at it and just started laughing! It was so funny for us! Like I said, I am no cake decorator. Oh well.. it tasted good!
Dont be confused. That is NOT chocolate chip frosting and those cleverly placed spikes were supposed to be dots.

To spell the name I had to literally pick up the frosting with my hands and put it in place because I was having so much trouble. Ethan watched me do that and laughed the whole time, which made me laugh, which didn't help.
Like I said... tasted great!!

Treyvon Lewis.. My side

While Scott and Karolyn were at the hospital, I got to babysit Skyler and Carson. We had a lot of fun and I just wanted to share some of the funny moments.
I got there on Monday and we mostly just watched the Cosmo movie over and over, waiting for mom and dad to call. It was really cute because both the boys were really snuggley, which if you know Skyler and Carson is NOT normal, and I asked Skyler why and he said "I am just so worried for my mom." So cute!!
Scott called around 3 and asked to speak to Skyler. Now before I tell you the rest, Skyler really really really really REALLY wanted a baby sister. He told me that whole morning, that if it wasn't a girl, he wanted to sell the baby. So Scott calls, asks to speak to Skyler and Skyler just listens. As we all know the baby was a boy and not a girl. Skyler hands me the phone and then bursts into tears! I don't just mean upset, I mean tears! It was so cute in a sad way. The only way I got him to put on his big brother shirt and shoes, was reminding him that now he has another player for the family football team. He got excited and said, "oh yeah, girls can't play football." Okay so while this was happening, Carson also needed to get his big brother shirt on. I asked him if he wanted to go to the hospital to see mom and he got really excited. When I said we need to change your clothes, he too burst into tears. I mean streams of tears. Needless to say, the walk to the car, and the walk to the hospital from the car looked pretty hilarious.

A few other funny moments included when a grandma cut us off on the way to lunch and so I honked. Skyler thought that was the meanest thing in the world because "she was just a grandma and you could have scared her"
I was working on a puzzle and Carson wanted to help, but I told him that he could just watch because "no touch Cami's puzzles" Next thing I know, he has pushed up a chair to the table, gotten his puzzles from upstairs, dumped them out and then said "Cami no touch Carson's puzzles" It was so cute. We worked on our puzzles for like an hour and he reminded me at least 4 times that Carson no touch Cami's puzzles and Cami no touch Carson's puzzles. They were so fun to be around and so cute.

Ps They eventually loved to go see their baby brother

Threes a Crowd....

May 29th!!!!! I hope this little girl is ready for all the love shes about to receive!!! Mom and Dad can't wait for her to come and are so excited to start their new lives!! Can't wait!!!!! Still a little in shock, but so ready to hold her!!
I feel so lucky too because I have not gotten sick like at all. I am still able to run every day, eat whatever, and consider myself very very lucky. We have had two ultrasounds, and one heart beat hearing and everything is looking good for both mom and baby so far and pray every day that it stays that way. Ethan and I can't believe that its a girl, but are thrilled. We really really really didn't care either way... we just wanted a baby!! YAY!!!!!!!!!

Holidays 2011

Christmas was great, and New Years was wonderful. We were with the Wings this season and celebrated hard. We ate good food, watched good movies, and played tons of games. It was great to see so many family members and friends. For New Years we celebrated with Scott and Karolyn and blew up fireworks at midnight. It was especially fun because Ethan ended up getting the whole week off and so we were able to have a nice relaxing holiday.
We also celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary and went to Moochies sub shop in Salt Lake. For our anniversary, we love to go to new places and try new food to us. It was DELICIOUS and I know my subs!!!

So Ethan was in this Jimmer movie! Best Christmas present ever!
