Swimming Lessons

Last year, swimming lessons were merely an activity to do during the summer mornings. This year, they were actual beneficial. Kelsey learned how to swim. Like legit swim. I still would never let her swim without me, but she can get to the stairs and wall without a life jacket, can jump in and swim to us, can  "dive", and even swim to the bottom and come back up. We are just so proud of her. She has made incredible strides in the pool. It has been so fun to watch.

Unfortunately for me and Madison, swim lessons were during the June heat wave. In Phoenix's defense, when we are in the shade it is so much cooler. Thank goodness for a dry heat and I mean that with no sarcasm. Andrea and Jed have it WAY worse than we do in Mississippi.
