Halloween Party

We had another smashing success of a Halloween party.
This year the Simakovs, Salmons, Butlers, Whilenbrechts, and Holdens came.
We played toss the card into the cup (kind of a fail), cup stacking and bowling with a partner (kind of fun), name that candy based on my clues (super successful), and Ethan created a super awesome Halloween Scene it complete with video clips and questions which was a huge success.

Pumpkin Carving

 Kelsey loved pulling out the guts and actually got to use a knife to carve her own pumpkin, and Madison enjoyed painting the night away. Nothing unusual about this carving experience, but it was a success

Kindergarten Party

I got to help with the kindergarten Halloween party and oh my goodness!! It was so much fun to see the class in action. I helped with the bingo station, but there was also a craft, slime making, and bowling. At the end we all gathered and decorated cookies. It was so much fun. It was actually on Halloween and Kindergarten is the only grade allowed to dress up and have parties. I don't know why, but I'm so so glad!

Kindergarten Class

Ms Ferreria will randomly send us pictures to show us what the class looks like. I am so happy she does this because we just don't get to see very much about Kelsey's school life. We hear snippets (mostly about Gideon) but its fun to have the pictures too.

The first snow fall

November 3rd we woke up to snow. I was feeling very pessimistic but then when I saw the girls get ready in their snow gear for the walk to the bus, I was able to change my tune. I mean seriously? Are there cuter people out there?!

Then on Sunday the 5th we woke up to it snowing again, but this time it stuck a lot. We were able to build a snowman! We really don't have snow gear so Kelsey is wearing all 2t and under and Madison is in 18 month stuff.

Pictures from work

A co-worker recently gave Ethan a bunch of pictures from work. They have no order and are from various events through this past year but its fun to have them
